  I work at a vets office and we use this company for all the clients that get their pets cremated. I've always loved seeing what comes back because it is always so beautiful what they do. Unfortunately, my dog passed away and I decided I wanted to have her ashes back. I also ordered a clay paw print. When I picked up my dog i noticed the print was missing. We called the company and they said they forgot to make one and they would upgrade our urn for us. I was dissatisfied because they didn't even bother to refund the money I paid for all of this and obviously my puppy was very special to me. Other than that the way they return cremains is beautiful!

  We held a viewing service for our beloved Dorito. It was a beautiful way to say our final goodbyes. Staff was helpful and understanding of our deep loss. Tomorrow our princess Portia will also be cremated there.

  Paws and Sherish, the people working there, Juan especially have been instrumental in our healing process. How they presented our loved one was lovely, they really care and you can tell. Furthermore, they were on top of the shipping process of a remembrance necklace I got my mom, they took into account that it was her birthday on Feb 8 and they called me for every update and today I picked it up. It is beautiful. I recommend them highly, they are amazing, and they have my utmost respect.

  This is unfortunately our second time using the services they provide. They went above and beyond to make the experience as best as they could. Juan and Jake were so kind, sincere, and compassionate. Thank You so much for being there for us when we needed you! You guys are amazing!

  The facility has been recently completely renovated, it's beautiful and serene and dignified. The entire staff are very kind and considerate, and act like professional funeral directors. They handle your pet with respect at all times. I've used Paws & Cherish twice, and find the price is fair and the level of service excellent. It's a wonderful way to say goodbye to your beloved pet and to be with them all the way through, and then bring them back home again. I would recommend this business to everyone going through the difficult time of losing a pet companion.
